As part of Moose Power’s project management team, you will contribute to the execution of renewable energy projects from conception to completion.

Project Scheduling & Milestone Tracking
Facilitate and support the development, tracking, and ongoing maintenance of project schedules to keep procurement, engineering, and construction phases progressing on time and within budget.

Design & Regulatory Coordination
Coordinate workflows across internal teams, external engineering partners, LDCs, and municipal bodies to support structural reviews, drawing approvals, ESA plan reviews, and permit issuances.

Procurement & Inventory Support
Execute vendor outreach, assist with quote evaluations and material allocation, and track inventory movement to ensure site teams have the resources needed for construction.

Stakeholder & Team Alignment
Maintain consistent communication across construction teams, utility partners, and internal staff to support seamless project handoffs, address operational issues, and align project goals.
